Sistem RPH is an integrated lesson plan builder and submission system for schools.

  • Lesson planning content: lesson plans, subject library items, submissions, verification outcomes, and notes.
  • Support messages: information you submit via the Contact form and our responses.
  • Technical information: logs and diagnostics required for reliability and security.
3) Student Data

If your school workflow includes student name selection for lesson planning, the system may store student names as part of lesson content or imported records (depending on enabled features). We recommend that users avoid entering unnecessary personal data.

  • Provide and maintain the system (accounts, lesson building, submission, verification).
  • Support school operations (workflows, reporting, status tracking).

5) AI Features

AI suggestions are optional. When you use AI, your prompt and relevant lesson context may be sent to an AI provider to generate suggestions. Do not include personal data in prompts. AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by the teacher before use.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only when necessary to operate the service (e.g., email delivery, AI providers if AI is used) or to comply with legal requirements.
