By using Sistem RPH, you agree to these Terms.

2) Accounts and Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use the system only for school-related purposes.
• Ensure lesson content is appropriate and accurate.

3) Acceptable Use

• Do not access data you are not authorized to access.
• Do not disrupt or attempt to compromise the platform.
• Do not upload malicious content.
• Do not misuse AI features (including entering personal data into prompts).

4) Content

You remain responsible for lesson plans and materials created in the system. The system provides tools to organize, store, and submit lesson plans; it does not replace professional judgment.

5) AI Disclaimer

AI suggestions are provided “as-is”. Teachers must review, verify, and edit AI-generated content before use or submission.

6) Availability

We aim to keep Sistem RPH available and reliable, but downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security reasons, or violations of these Terms.

8) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updates will include a new “Last updated” date.
